André Lamont Morton is a Sydney-based producer, director and cinematographer with more than 15 years of experience in factual television, documentary, scripted, corporate and educational content in Australia and the United States. He works across the full production process, from concept development and pre-production through directing, cinematography, editing and post-production, combining strong visual storytelling with the practical experience to take projects from initial brief to final delivery.

His credits include The First 48, Hunted Australia and Ambulance Australia, as well as Director of Photography on the independent feature Brand New Old Love, starring Arturo Castro and Aya Cash. His broader experience includes branded and promotional production, live performance, and digital learning content, with collaborative work across contributors, clients, subject matter experts and multidisciplinary production teams.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, André began his creative career playing in bands at venues including CBGB and The Continental before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue filmmaking. He studied Multimedia at Berkeley City College, received a STAND grant from San Francisco's Film Arts Foundation, and later studied Film Production at Brooklyn College (CUNY), where he received the Master's Award for Excellence in Cinematography.

Now based in Sydney, André continues to work across production and education, bringing current industry experience to professional filmmaking and vocational training. He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW, complementing his production background with formal training and assessment credentials.
