ABOUT

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, André Lamont Morton discovered his passion for the arts while performing with local bands at iconic venues like CBGB's and The Continental. Transitioning to the S.F. Bay area, André embraced his love for film and honed his skills through Berkeley City College's Multimedia Program. He secured a STAND grant from San Francisco's Film Arts Foundation and furthered his education at CUNY's Brooklyn College, where he earned a Masters Award for Excellence in Cinematography.

André's journey led him to become a shooter/producer for A&E's true crime series 'The 1st 48,' 'Hunted Australia,' and 'Ambulance Australia.' He also took on the role of Director of Photography for the indie feature 'Brand New Old Love,' starring Arturo Castro and Aya Cash. Now based in Sydney, Australia, André continues to thrive in the world of visual storytelling.
